I hired the mobile was to clean 2 compact size vehicles. The positive: The exteriors were done very well. The interior of the one vehicle was also done well. However, on the Prius, it looks like they never even raised the hatch. The trunk area was not vacuumed at all. Unfortunately, I only inspected the outside and didn't open the hatch before tipping them $15 on a $75 charge. I have tried contacting through their website to ask for a partial refund but so far no response.
Update. Shortly after posting I was contacted and offered full refund so have to give them credit for doing the right thing.
