Some of the best food I’ve had in Portland. We tried a tofu with peanut sauce dish that was amazing and a spicy chicken dish with a fried egg and it was also incredible. Totally our favorite at the food carts.

Best boba tea EVER. Typically when you get a blended tea, the surface of the tapioca pearl freezes over and turns crunchy. I certainly don’t like that. At Cha Ya Kitchen they use fresh tapioca pearls, the perfect amount of syrup, and the drink is never too sweet. They have exceeded in all the good boba tea factors and I am looking forward to my next visit

Best Asian food in Portland! My whole family loves this cart. Their pork belly french fries are amazing and the pad thai burrito is absolutely terrific. The service is always great and the owner is a total sweetheart. Next time you're in the area, please give Cha Ya a try.
