Gina is the best! Always patient and her instructions are clear. Most of all she’s a joy to work with. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and it shows!

I started pilates classes with Gina after a serious injury from an accident. She introduced me to pilates and gyrotonics to increase my strength and flexibility. From the beginning, she instinctively discovered my strengths and weaknesses and tailored exercises to solve specific problems. I would never have dreamed that Pilates would be so good for my recovery and give her all the credit! She's a natural at seeing where your real problems lie and adapts her techniques to your individual needs. As long as she's an instructor, I'll be doing pilates. An easy 5 stars!

I have been seeing Gina for about 7 years, and she has been literally the only pilates trainer who has not somehow injured me. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of the body and has helped me treat my lower back problems, lack of flexibility, and even help with my rehab post knee surgery. On top of her expertise she is a lovely person to spend my early morning sessions with!
