I visited several stores before Champagne and Lace, and their customer service is unmatched. Robyn went above and beyond to get me the dress I wanted in store. The staff were all friendly and provided helpful feedback on the dress. Unlike my experiences at other stores, where I felt pressure and judgment, Champagne and Lace made me feel comfortable and valued.

I highly recommend visiting Champagne and Lace if you are in the Vancouver area. Their prices on accessories are also very affordable.

Every time I’ve come into the store to choose, pick up and then try on my bridesmaid dress, every single staff member has been cheerful, helpful, and very invested in making sure the dress is perfect. Today, I was told by a bra shop that I’d outgrown my dress. I was very upset, and decided I would go to C&L for their advice. Three staff talked about it all and one of them got me into the dress. It actually fit perfectly and turns out it has a built in bra. They saved me several hundreds of dollars today, by showing me that the dress didn’t need a bra and didn’t even need alterations.

Literally saved the day, and I’m so glad I took the time to drop in and see their opinion. Thank you soooo much! I drove away near tears, out of happiness.
