My appointment today was extremely disappointing! I have gotten my nails done here a few times before, but today will be my last day. What was meant to be a day of celebration for their 1 year was nothing less than a rushed job and an experience that really hurt. It started off with the people around me being offered drinks for the special occasion, with me only being offered water. During the appointment the nail tech hacked at my nail with no regard to the pain it was causing me, and after all that, she even left polish on the side of my fingers, very sloppy. The lotion massage at the end that's supposed to be relaxing also hurt, and the hot towel was used by the nail tech to clean off her hands, not mine. I'm so mad at the experience with it meant to be a special day, and it also wasn't cheap. For that price you'd expect decent service. I'm so sorry I ever went in there today.

I have been here twice now and both times they seem rushed. First time I went was for a pedicure with my friend a few weeks ago and they did an alright job however my toe did become infected a few days later and im still dealing with it and the second time I went for a regular manicure just on Thursday. They did call me earlier in the day saying they were running behind and wanted me 15 mins later then my scheduled time of 5pm which was fine but when I showed up the receptionist just checked me in and told me to sit down and no one even acknowledged me till 5:30ish. (Apparently the first receptionist had gone home and didn't tell any other staff that I was there)
I was then put with a nail tech (Tony??? I had originally had a different person when they booked me online ) that had an appointment at the same time as me sitting down (she was really mad that i had taken her spot as she only had an hour to be there) and he basically just rushed me through to get to his appointment (which btw the lady was given to a different nail tech). No drink other drink was offered to me other then bottled water and by Monday (4 days later) my nails are all clipped, peeling and cracking. Definitely won't be going here again.

Usually I would highly recommend coming here to get your nails done but my last experience was horrible. I got a full done by Tony who is apparently one of the best nail techs there, yet my nails were rushed and I had to come back the next day to have them fixed because how uneven they were and how many hairs were stuck in the polish. Let alone when doing the fill it HURT! The speed the drill was on, was way to fast and harsh cut my cuticles and left my nails feel so sore afterwards, and painted them with not getting me to wash them to get the dust off leaving the polish bumpy and uneven. It has been just a little over 1.5 weeks and I have never had the acrylic break and the polish peal, I have been getting acrylic nails for almost 9 years and never once had this happen. If you are going to go here I only recommend going to Anna, she is the only one who seems to take her time and perfect your nails, everyone else especially Tony rushes and does not care.
