We had a mechanical failure and tried all we knew how to do to get into the garage. We have no access from the interior of our home. My husband found Champion Garage Door Repair online and they had good reviews. It turns out our 19 year old garage door spring had snapped making the door feel like it weighed 1,000 pounds. The repairman was able to make an appointment right away. They called before coming. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed what seemed impossible. We are grateful for the repair and the great customer service. We would highly recommend this company and will use them if a need arises in the future.

I called the company in the morning and they sent a technician to my house on the same date. The technician explained everything including my options well. As a result, I saved time and did not bother to call a second estimate. He finished the job in two hours by installing a new torsion spring system and tested the whole system professionally. I was happy as well as my wife! They offered warranty in writing and I don’t need to worry about my garage door in years to come!
