Bad customer service. Even the store manager Luis. Store #15081. There store manager was hesitant and did not want to release info as far as higher management to report the bad customer service. Not until he saw me on my phone that he began to show decent customer service. Bad experience with management, hopefully the crew isn't the same.

After being at another store and employee see who has my size in a certain shoe I called this store an they denied ever getting them when the store I’m sitting outside of just showed me they do. Horrible and I know how this goes but I will be on the phone with the HR center tomorrow. Used to work for this company and never once jeopardize the ethics of something nor let my staff.

Had the worst experience of returning online purchase at this store. Ordered 2 pairs of Nike sneakers online and they arrived quickly which was great. However, didn't like the style on feet so went into this store to return while we were in Irvine. The sales lady first didn't even check how much I originally paid for the shoes and was trying to just refund the current price (happened to be on sale at the moment). Showed her the original online order receipt and she got the price right, however the total refund amount was less than what I paid for because I live and ordered the sneakers in LA County which has higher tax rate than OC. The sales lady wasn't trying to solve the issue or call the manager but expected us to accept the lesser refund amount. Then we had her called the manager up front who then paid out the difference in cash to us. Yet the whole time no apology to us, and the way the manager first spoke to us when telling us how he would pay out the difference wasn't that nice. Why did we have to fight to get back the original amount when we were trying to return unworn items in it's original condition? We've returned online purchase to some other brand name stores in OC many times without any issue, they either refund whatever we paid for or adjust the price of the item to match the total refund amount. Will try to avoid buying from this company from now on.
