I came in today for the first time they opened up since covid it was super busy ! Even though the lines were around the store the customer service was AMAZING Devontae was super helpful with getting everything I needed! ! Even when I ended up with the wrong items he was quick to make sure I got what I came for !

You have to be looking for staff to help you out. Asked them for a size and without checking in the back straight up said no we don’t have that number then I asked do you know if by any chance you might have it in the back? The staff just looked at another staff on the floorand said “hey we don’t have this in size 8 right?” Very bad customer service,

Chris at this location was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only was his customer service and communication horrible, he even mocked me. He took 20 mins to get 1 pair of shoes because he kept helping other customers in between going to the back room and returning to us. There were 2 other employees on duty who were hanging out chatting. They didn't end up having our size so we went to Foot Locker. We will never go back to this store.
