Worst management and customer service out of all the shoe stores in Roseville and Greater Sac area. That’s why I go to Footlocker instead and spend thousands there and I can’t even spend $100 at this Roseville Champs. I bought a pair of white Nike pants at Sunrise Mall Champs and the helpful manager over there called Roseville Champs to put on hold the matching zip up hoodie for me to pick up. I went a couple hours later to Roseville and they end up selling the Nike hoodie that I and the Sunrise manager told to put on hold. The Roseville Champs manager Nicka was being very unhelpful and borderline rude and not really apologetic for selling the item I had on hold to someone else. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this store. I’ve had bad service here prior to this. This is the last time I’ll be going to this specific store. I know Footlocker employees treat me good but it’s all the same company, but I’d rather deal with Footlocker or other Champs. Management needs better training on customer service and employees need to be more informed. Trust me I spend thousands a year on shoes and apparel but never again at the Roseville Champs

I have been a loyal shopper at Champs for over a decade. When I took my son into this particular store to buy shoes I was thouroughly disappointed. My son picked out the shoes he wanted to try on and asked for his size in 2 different colors. We waited a good 5 minutes and a young man comes out and has 2 boxes of shoes. I said are those the 10.5's? He then mumbles something and the only part I understood was a few words..we had an 11 in the black. He then shoves the boxes into my sons ananda and walks away. We were there in a Monday morning and there was not many people in the store but he storms off after he mumbles something else. The very thought of me buying shoes and this rude person getting a commission made my blood boil. I worked retail for a long time and it is so frustrating to see people who don't care about their customers. So I told my son lets go and we left. Ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes at Shoe Palace...your loss Champs! I will never buys shoes from this particular Champs ever. The other employees were engrossed in personal conversations and weren't concerned about anything but themselves to add insult to injury.
