Covid has made it so you can't use the foot sizer( in which could be sanitized after use), but allowing you to try on however many shoes you want and handle those shoes and then puts them in the box and puts it back on the shelf! Doesn't seem like a good and safe place to shop at this point. The girls were very rude , the young man that finally helped us was very informative and I will return when it's safe because he took the time. I spend a lot of money here and was very upset with this visit!

They are lucky the lowest star you can give is a one. I have shopped at this store since I was a kid and never had such bad a experience. I walked in and was looking for pants for work, asked one of the reps if they had joggers he pointed where they were, so I grabbed my size in the ones I thought I'd like the most asked him if I could try them on and I did. Then I came out and decided I wanted to look at some sweatshirts as well so I started to walk around and noticed I had a shadow following me and eyeing me he then realized I saw him so he finally came over and asked me if I wanted him to take them up to the counter. But still kept watching my every move. I started to realize he wasn't watching anybody else. Then the cashiers were so caught up in their conversation my dad and I stood in line for ten minutes before they realized we were there.
