worst property managers i’ve ever had. left me with a completely uninhabitable bedroom for over six weeks, sent the wrong repairs people over multiple times, left my building with a completely unusable callbox for 18 months, started charging fees for auto-pay directly from a bank account, and now they’ve taken away their mail slot to drop off rent checks. And there’s an onsite manager? Really? Because it doesn’t seem like it. They’re full of excuses.
I’ve lived in several places in SF over the last 17 years and this is THE WORST.
Looking for a new a new place just because of these people and actively avoiding listings that are managed by Chandler.
Rented out a studio in a building Chander ran in Hayes Valley. Very positive experience living in the building.
Issues were resolved quickly, and notices were provided well in advance for all building work. Maintenance work was set up quickly when needed. Would rent again.
