Came to Westport with my daughter for a little excursion and as we were walking through Main Street, I asked her if we could stop in to check out the Chanel store, since we'd never been in. We were greeted by the sweetest ladies - Melody was the one to initially say hello to us and ask if we were looking for anything in particular. She was very kind and showed us two products which she tested out on me (a super pretty liquid eyeshadow and very creamy purple eyeliner). I hadn't initially gone in to purchase something, but I liked the products so much, I decided to splurge. The whole process was something else. The extremely high level of customer service was like going in to purchase a Range Rover. I even mentioned that to Melody and her colleague, and they said that we're going even higher... I agreed. My daughter noticed, too. I think all too often, we go into a store, and as customers, we walk through without even being noticed. Then there are moments (especially for this introvert), where you don't want to be bothered. But this case was different. They made us both feel special. The process wasn't pushy, it was an elegantly made suggestion. We were offered a choice of still or sparkling water and were given quite a few nice samples of product and perfume. I highly recommend this store, and will definitely be going back. Five stars from me!

I live locally and have a businesses locally. So I am
always walking around downtown Westport. So I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed a Chanel beauty Boutique had popped up right in town. I was helped by the most beautiful woman inside and outside named Jennifer! I also ended up speaking to the entire team working that day and ended up just feeling how awesome their team dynamic really was I mean all these woman were beautiful and smart and kind! Anyway back to Jennifer she was so great I purchased from her on a Sat and she invited back the following Wed for a private skin event were we met the Doctor who formulated one of the products. It was so informative and I learned so much more about skin care and sunscreen and of course I bought more products from Jennifer the great! I will
