This store is not big and has limited collection and colours. However, normally it is very busy here.
Good shopping experience requires finding the right sales associates. Due to covid, I ordered things through phone message or WeChat, and it worked perfectly with the SA I was in contact with. Find a SA you like, and only order from her or him, that will be a win win for both. BTW, better to have contact info of more than one SA, just in case one SA is no longer interested in helping you anymore. So sad that the SA I recommended previously on Goggle review totally disappointed me, so I am with a new SA.
Shame on certain sales associates in this store who don't care about the brand or store's reputation, team spirit or customers' brand experience. All they look at is money and how fast you can make shopping decision. I saw one associate trying to dump a client and not offer the client any help when the client mentioned another associate's name.
