I walked in only to have no one help me and mildly judge me like I didn’t have the money to be in there. I ended up going to utc mall in La Jolla to purchase a wallet. They didn’t deserve commission. Left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not return

I walked to Chanel store in Nordstrom San Diego to buy a wallet I had found on the website and surprisingly ran to a store associate with the most impolite behavior I could imagine at a luxury store. I left the store without the item that I planed to buy as this person didn’t deserve any commission from my purchase.

Out of 3 associates in Chanel in this Nordstrom, no one greeted me, only one asked in I was doing ok after I went in x few min. And I was the only customer. Explained to him what I was looking for, and of course they don’t have it. But didn’t bother to show me other bags. I saw couple Chanel 19 bags & more likely purchase it if SA shows to me. At least that’s what I was thinking, if SA was helpful, I will purchase.
