I absolutely love shopping at this location. The people at the store were very helpful and willing to show you all the products you are interested in. I’ve never felt like I had to purchase anything. I sometimes have my items shipped and it’s always packaged well. My SA is Evelyn and she’s been great. My husband wanted to get me my first Chanel. We had no purchase history but Evelyn helped get him the bag I wanted for my anniversary. Which I was thankful for. I think the hardest part are the lines. Just make sure to set up an appointment so you don’t have to wait. If you have purchased an item and want to pick it up, you don’t need an appointment. let the person know by the door, and they will get someone to bring it down.

Always be able to find exciting and inspiring selection here that robs my wallet :p every time I come here. Stephanie is incredible! She is knowledgeable about the products and very patient with me and my friends.

Seems the only store in Seattle. Lucky to get my favorite Chanel earrings. Lovely !
