I was on the hunt for a pair of Chanel earrings. Due to them being newly released, there was very limited inventory (only 1 pair in the whole United States). I called customer service and they said that one pair was in Vegas, but I’d have to see a specialist in a boutique.
I made an appointment, and Timothy was my Chanel Advisor. He requested the earrings for me, and I got them! My experience with him was AMAZING! First, he didn’t keep me there all day (I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work). From the moment I walked in, he had my profile set up and was very kind!! I feel like some associates treat you based on how you look, and he was NEVER judgy!! He got me the earrings that I was hunting down for 2 months AND it was the only pair available in the States!! I can’t thank him enough.
