The staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. As first time parents with little experience with babies, they really helped us make a decision on what gears to get. Because of the excellent customer service we (including grandparents) bought two of each Uppababy strollers and Nuna car seats. We are only expecting one baby, but for convenience we bought two. Definitely going be a loyal customer to this local business. The staff members are AMAZING! Thank you so much for helping us.

Visited Channing Baby over the weekend to order our car seat. The lady was super helpful and let us demo the seat in our car. She had a lot of product knowledge and helped us to make our decision. A must visit if you're looking to make a baby purchase!! Thanks for the great experience and customer service!
