Had the most amazing ride with Riley and Scott! We did the Salmon Creek trail and it was absolutely stunning. The trail was blooming with all sorts of flowers and it felt like we were in a forest. The staff were so kind and welcoming and we would definitely return!

I did not go for a trail ride for lack of time, but great people! They let me sit up on their percheron to take photos for free. First time back on a horse for almost twenty years and it was such a blessing. Thank you! Next time I come to California I will be booking a ride for me an my fiancé. Kind animals and approachable staff.

We had an amazing experience with Chanslor Ranch! Making a reservation was easy and all of the employees were incredibly nice. Scott and Sophia got the horses ready for us, and Riley was our guide on our 1.5-hour beach ride. Riley was very friendly and really interesting (he's a real cowboy, can't get better than that!) The horses (Jake and Hannah) were great, too -- very sweet and clearly experts at their job. The area is beautiful, especially this time of year with the flowers blooming. If you're thinking about booking a ride, don't wait! Book now, because they're very busy and you'll have a great time!
