I recently got a Brazilian wax from Chantal that I was very disappointed with. She was able to squeeze me in last minute between clients which I was very pleased about, however was also hesitant about being rushed. I expressed this and was assured that there was ample time. I was unsure about how much hair I wanted removed because I was worried about the pain. Chantal was efficient and the pain was manageable. She removed a very small section of hair and then told me she was finished. I had no time to assess before she was packed up and out the door. At no point did she ask if I was happy with it or if I wanted more. As I was dressing I was thinking that I would like more off but was embarrassed to ask because I knew she was in a rush. When I got home and looked I realized that she had barely taken any hair off, she hadn't gone up nearly as far in the front as I'd asked and if I'd been given the opportunity I definitely would have also gotten the back done. So I was charged full price for the smallest section of hair on the underside to be removed. I texted her to say I was disappointed and to see if she could squeeze me in again to have a bit more removed. She responded saying that she had no time in the couple days while I was in town and claimed that she had checked in with my at the end. I'm confident that she did not otherwise I would have asked for more to be removed. I would have liked to have been given a mirror or something afterwards to see what she had done, considering it was my first time. Chantal is very competent technically however I was very disappointed with the results and am frustrated to have had to go to another salon and pay full price again to have the job finished.

Chantal is amazing. She is always quick to respond to my messages, always there to answer any questions/concerns I have. Not only does offer great products and services (and conversation :) ) She always makes sure that she is educating herself on current trends to be able to offer her clients the best!
