It's taken a large fall from the bookstore it used to be. The good books are all out of stock, the prices are inflated in-store, and the self-serve kiosks to look up books have been removed except for one tucked away in a corner. There are still a fair number of books, but about a third of the store is over-priced merchandise with no relevance to books. It's a real shame, the store was great 10 years ago but you can buy the same books online, shipped to your house, for lower prices nowadays. Staff were great though, they're the only reason this store deserves a third star.

I love this Chapters, it's like stepping back in time and gives me nostalgic feelings of going to the book store when I was young and browsing books for hours to find the right one. Staff are always so friendly and the atmosphere is so chill and relaxing.

I want to not like chapters since its probably better to shop at your local smaller bookstore, but this place really does have a lovely selection. Their bestsellers are often on sale, the note books are unique and very well made. Furthermore, they have such a huge selection of magazine and they have laid out chairs for people to just read them, and the staff doesn’t give you any trouble about it. Some of their merchandise like mugs and scarves etc. are a bit expensive, but again very good quality stuff.
