Won't stand behind their charging stations. Charged at this station 9/6. Charging stopped 20 minutes into what was supposed to be a 60 minute charge, but failed to ping me the notification and began to charge me parking fees. When I arrived back at the 50 minute mark and discovered this I was forced to restart the charger and wait around another half hour to get sufficient juice to make it home. Wound up paying $9 for parking -- far more than the electricity cost. Yet, when I tried to get the parking charges reversed reaching out to ChargePoint, just got complete runaround. "Yes, our name is on the charger, and it's our App charging you, but it's the owner of the property in question that you have to talk to." Yet, despite requests, won't give me contact info. I won't be using ChargePoint whenever it can be avoided in the future.

Initially the wifi wouldn't connect, I left and got a signal elsewhere, then I was able to go back and charge up. A little pricey for electricity, even Tesla is cheaper...
