Dr. Kung is excellent. The main problem that I have are with his nurses at Via Care. They are extremely unprofessional, mean, and rude.

I heard and saw them laughing at other people behind their back when they were out of hearing range. They try to make you look dumb if you ask a simple question. If you ask a question that they think is not smart, they do this thing where they gang up on you to try to make you feel stupid.

I was waiting in the patient room, and one of them didn't even know that Dr. Kung told me to stay there to book my appointment and my lab. She tried to make it seem as if I was spacey and was just in that room for no reason. One of the nurses even had this habit of glaring at me with this mean expression.

I doubt that they get paid very much, but I'm sure that Dr. Kung could do a lot better since he actually is a calm and attentive doctor.
