Charlie was very knowledgeable about watches and did an appraisal at a fair price. The battery I had replaced was a great bargain with a 4 year warranty to be replaced for free if it stopped working in that time frame! Worth the money and time well spent!

Replaced a unique watch battery. He also cleaned and did major "tune up" on 2 self-winding Omega watches. I have had difficulty in the past finding repair work. They were cleaned and polished beautifully! Thank you
Also, I thought the cost was reasonable. Great experience!

I brought in two watches that needed new batteries. A local jewelry store was unable to help me and referred me to Charlie's. He had both batteries replaced and set in 20 minutes at a very fair price. Will definitely be bringing all my watches here in the future.
