The manager was on the phone the whole time, took us 15+ minutes (not over exaggerating) to return one shirt. Worst store I’ve ever been in to be honest, never coming back!

Bought my 12 year old granddaughter a body suit did not realize it was a thong until we got home tried to return it they said it was considered intimate apparel and would not give me a refund..Called customer service they said the same thing..Informed me it says on the receipt no returns well how would I know this until I purchased item ..will never shop this store again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

They carry plus size for women up to size 24 I believe. Which is a nice no change. But it always seems like he Clarence action is constantly messy. And I don't necessarily blame staff because I've seen people tear through the clothes like it's nobody's business. But they should have an area of clothes that have the same type of sales for the larger size women is it due for the smaller size women.
