I'm not sure what this is but it's not the Charlotte Russe I know...and I worked at one for 7 years. CR is one of my favorite stores.
The layout and design of the store are not "on brand" or even on par with other Charlotte Russe locations, it's dark, unorganized, and the quality of merchandise that's being carried here is...well...I don't even know how to describe it...I'll use, underwhelming. Everything seemed very cheap, in a quality aspect, but still generally normal pricing.
I really hope this is just a poor launch and they're working through some kinks, because I was really excited for this.

I had shopped Charlotte Russe many years ago when it was located at a local mall. They are no longer at that location so they have been absent from my life for quite a while. Boy, was I excited when I realized that they had opened a location at Tanger Outlets in Washington PA!
On a Saturday morning, my 20 year old daughter accompanied me to this location. She had never heard of Charlotte Russe, and immediately was drawn to it when we walked through the doors. The location is very large, so you do not feel cramped while shopping. The aesthetic of the different sections of colors, the fun of the item choices and of course, the prices were absolutely amazing! We chose a couple of tank PJ sets and a sweatshirt for this visit. We were in this location for quite a while just taking it all in. There is so much to see, such good prices, that it is hard to leave with only one bag! I feel that this location is going to do extremely well and am excited that my kids get to experience what I had so long ago. Be sure to stop in!
