During Covid, Charter Construction performed admirably over many months doing a complete envelope re-cladding project for our 22-unit townhouse community. This included stripping off the entire exterior and replacing it with an updated materials for a new modern look. All during construction, residents remained in their homes. Charter was communicative with homeowners and townhouse board all through the challenging project. The outcome was superb. Moreover, Charter followed-up on a few adjustments, at no further cost, even after some warranties expired. Michael G. Murphy
