The billing department NEEDS better organization. Just received a bill from 2016 & it's 2020, that's a long time to get a notice! Plus The lady on the phone sounded extremely tired and confused on simple questions. also was told that Chas doesn't send unpaid bill's to collection's yet I just paid off one from Valley empire co. from Chas downtown clinic so idk what's going on but I was informed this is my only bill atm So I'll pay it off today. I'm definitely upset with this experience & wanted to inform people to pay close attention to your medical bill's at Chas clinic cause something is 🐟 fishy! 😠 I hope my information will help Chas Health administration to improve THEIR billing department cause what I just went through is ridiculous an unprofessional.

I was impressed with how the mass vaccination at the coliseum was handled. I was there the difficult first day, and again yesterday. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful under two very different sets of circumstances. Well done CHAS. Thank you.

Unreal how you have mismanaged the vaccine rollout. How did you get that contract? We are trying to get our 90 year old and 80 year old parents a vaccine. Got on the first week and after making an appointment we were called and told they had been accidentally scheduled for a "test", not vaccine. Apparently this happened to hundreds of people. This week, got on at 5:01 to the site, waited 45 minutes and were then told it was full, try back next week. Jay Inslee should be proud of CHAS Health.
