I'm usually a BOA person but since this branch was closer to home I decided that I wanted to open with chase. My wait just to open an account with them was 1hr30min they crossed out my name by "accident". The customer service is bad they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in and ask you what is it that you need help with and they usually only have one teller. The last time I went into the bank they gave me a hard time for wanting to take my money out which was 5000. Your best bet is if you want to withdraw cash do the ATM I believe the max in the guess room is 3000 no hassle unless you need certain denominations. I guess everyone experience is different but I would not recommend this branch to anyone your best bet is to try a different branch.

Wow talk about poor customer service. The line for a teller is about a mile long, there are several employees just sitting around, instead of opening up more windows. It's like they get a kick out of seeing people wait. Not cool, or professional. Will be calling corporate to report this. This puts a stain on a great bank like Chase.

The ATMs are ALWAYS closed at night time, and it's such an inconvenience having to drive to the next city over just to conduct a simple transaction. Waste of time ALWAYS. Why even have a chase if it's not going to work for its customers? So backwards. Pinchis rascuachos!!!
