Very rude. Would not take a deposit every other branch has has no issue with. Cash. This inconvenience will cause a large payment to overdraw. A cash deposit with all the required info acct / address ect and I was declined. First time in over 20 deposits.
Will consider banking with a different bank from here out.
Thank for not taking my cash to deposit into our account today.

One star review? Yeah - It's that bad. I came here a few weeks ago, walked in during the late morning when it wasn't busy, I was well dressed and polite. Upon walking up to the counter where 3-4 bank representatives were standing around laughing and joking, I stood patiently waiting for them to stop chatting, (no one else was in the bank). I pulled out $500 in 20's and kindly asked if I could exchange it for $100 bills. I was given a demeaning look and asked "uhhh, do you have an account here?" I said, I've had one here before but I don't currently. I was then told "uhhh, yeah we can't uh help you". Forget the bank's policies, the overall rudeness and inattentiveness of this bank's representatives have forced me to give this business a one star rating.
