I have had a bank account with them for a long time but have constantly had problems with them withholding half of my check unnecessarily. Whenever you talk to customer service you get routed around four separate times and just for people to tell you that that's a different department and then just to have that department tell you that they can't help you process anything. The overcharge for being under on your account balance is ridiculous and it will literally cost you hundreds of dollars and they aren't even reasonable about the smallest of things.

On top of that they closed down a location near me that was helpful and convenient and their hours are always weirdly changing I have shown up on a weekday and it was not a holiday and they were just closed for no reason. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this bank. Go to a credit union, don't let these people touch your money.
