I had the hardest time with the people working at chase bank on Snoqualmie ridge. You will not be able to do any business with them timely. I’m talking about simple business like closing or opening an account. You cannot just walk in and get assistance. And when I asked to speak to a manager a worker there by the name of Melissa (who was extremely uninviting and unfriendly) let me talk to someone by the name of Renee who identified herself as the bank manager initially and when I asked her again what her title was after I noticed that she has no skills with problem solving she stated she is a “lead teller”!! My advice is do not go to this branch. It’s not worth your time. Definitely not recommend.

Avoid Chase like your life depends on it. I am closing an account and obtaining consistent information about where and when my funds will be available has been the most frustrating process of my adult life. Close your account before their back office policies cost you truckloads of time and money.

Absolutely horrible experience. We will be closing all our accounts with Chase because of today. Completely rude and no sense of customer service at all! Closing our 16+ year old accounts soon with Chase!
