As a Business Customer, Bar & Grill, the experience at my local Chase, Sunrise Village, has not been good. We try to schedule our bank visits to the conveniences of the bank. We feel it is a hassle to give your bank our money. We feel our local branch, wants us to no longer bank with Chase. Today, we experienced a, "Save the Sale Moment" brought on by the customers actions.
Went to Sunrise Village Chase and had the same experience but with this visit. We get to hear how we should consolidate our deposits to weekly instead of daily. We then finish off the transactions we are currently doing and end our visit.
Went across the street to WA Fed Bank for banking information and then to South Hill Mall Chase.
Wow, Day and Night comparison and What Every Boss would toss Atta Boy/Girl at. Greeted at the door along with as customers left. Very positive attitudes from all the employees. Employees appeared to be knowledgeable and answered my question correctly.
It was a Disney moment.
