Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! If zero stars was an option, that would have been my choice. 4 out of 5 experiences have been awful. I would recommend avoiding this branch at all costs. The branch off Jadwin has always been helpful, I would recommend going there. Todays experience was having me wait 10 minutes while 3 employees helped one customer with one other employee helping another. The one employee helping the one customer had acknowledged me a could of times, then watched a customer pulling into the drive through and acknowledged him has well. She finished helping the person she was with and acknowledged me again, then walked over to the drive through, got stuff from the customer and continued helping him at the front counter with me still waiting. At this point I left and will NEVER return to this branch. From the manager on down, they just need to fire everyone and start over! Jamie Dimon needs to start over if he wants JP Morgan Chase to succeed and start with Customer Service Training.
