I have had the best experience with Chase and JP Morgan. Great bank in my opinion. They have gone above and beyond for me.

Opened an account by writing check from our other bank. Check cleared 2 days later but Chase still put a hold on funds for 11 days. System went down at Chase July 3rd. When it went back up teller told us funds were in our account. $ still not in account online. Checks bouncing. Chase sucks. Going to another bank.

I have been a customer of this bank since it was Washington Mutual. I find it very frustrating now because all calls seem to be routed to a voicemail that directs you to call the national call center. They have started charging me $20 per account (I have three) for a service fee. I had to stop into the bank to have them reversed last month and now I see they charged me again this month. I'm sorry to say they are going to lose me as a customer unless something changes immediately.
