Update : Edit : I want to say that after having Chase reach out to us to try to fix this issue their customer service has improved. They assigned us to another clerk Derrick M. and he has been super helpful and continues to follow up with us.
Original Review: I’m completely disappointed with the service here and with myself for choosing to use this bank for my small business. In the beginning this place was great and had an awesome person help get us set up. We started our business this year slightly before the beginning of COVID-19. As former military members we were told our account didn’t have to have any minimum balance as a thank you for your service.
Shortly after setting the account all non essential businesses were told to close and to stay at home causing us to not have any income until this week 11 MAY 2020.
Little did we know our business account was closed “due to inactivity “. How do you expect to have activity when we have had NOTHING......NOT ONCE did I receive a warning from Chase that they were going to do this.
I have gone through all my emails and NOTHING. Not only was I not able to deposit the only form of income I have had in these last two almost three terrible months but they refused to help me out stating they can’t even open up an account for me. Now I’m stuck with checks that can’t be deposited at all?? Am I to hunt down all my clients post work??
My biggest complaint is I received ZERO heads up from them. And they recently sent out an informatory email stating businesses should have a plan of management meanwhile you haven’t found a way to help your customers. I have been with chase for 10+ yrs and this just makes me want to close everything with them.
