Don't use this bank if you value your money and don't want to watch your money disappear! I signed up with chase starting with a checking account and accumulated endless service fees and had to go in person numerous times to have them reverse charges since they never had a good reason to charge me. My card got hacked multiple times and the customer service was atrocious and told me to use money from my savings account and stopped assisting with the random charges someone made. They erased my savings account with no notice and now charge me over $100 every month on my credit card for "fees" when I specifically asked for a no fees credit card. I tried calling in and couldn't get through to anyone multiple times for my hacked card and to resolve the fees and they had the nerve to put me on the phone when I went in person to deal with the issue. NEVER TRUST THIS BANK. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND TAKE COMPLETE ADVANTAGE

Three people at teller windows only one working. The staff came across unprofessional talking loud in such a small location. Before closing time manager closes her register, tells me that her employee is coming out to assist me, the other teller finishes with a customer so I go to her window, the guy behind me walks towards the manager and she waves him off signaling to the customer to wait for the other teller. Then verbally states her register is closed. Customer service, good customer service, should be first. The teller limited my county payroll check deposit to just $200 available on a Friday, I wonder did she think it would bounce, what else could it be?

If you plan to take a mortgage I advise you to go elsewhere. My realtor warned me, but I still wanted to give them a try. They will only make problems that are no issue for other lenders. Not to mention the loan officer calling me 5 days too late (I had an appointment). What a waste of time and nerves. I think I'm done with this bank. Good bye Chase!
