This place doesn't have tellers. A useful piece of information that they conveniently left out. They let me sit there for 45 minutes. Not impressed

Very nice branch. No teller window, just sit down with a banker. I went right when they opened to get a cashiers check and there wasn't a line. Had a great relaxed experience

This Chase is very close to my house I come here because of the great customer experience, I have been wanting to open a savings account so I stopped around 9:50am there are 3 bankers one said had an appointment in 10 minutes ok understandable the other was with a client. Now it's been 1 hour and the banker is still waiting for their appointed the other banker is free since the clients left and the 3rd banker is still in his office on his phone walked by once made eye contact didn't bother to say goodmorning or "someone will be with you shortly" . I'm sitting here wondering if it usually takes this long for them to realize they have someone while I'm sitting right by their offices...
