Had to pull out cash. Branch was closed but the lobby was open. Find out ATM was "unable to dispense cash". Pretty disappointing, considering Chase will charge you out the ass to use a "Non-Chase ATM". It's like going to an ice cream shop to find out they're out of ice cream, but if you go to another shop the original shop will still charge you.

You need an appointment to open a checking account. Wanted us to come back to an empty bank with 4 bankers sitting at desks for an appointment 3 hours from now.
I have never heard of such a thing.

I was waiting in the lounge to get seen by a clerk to get a loan. I was there 15min waiting then walked inn 2 ladies signed in the sheet and asked if i had an appointment i said no they said they didnt either and asked if they can go firat because they where in a rush i said sorry i cant. Neatless to say i gentlemen walked in from the bank clocked inn when to his computer came out made eye contact with the ladies and took them to his desk he later came and said sorry they had an appointment you can wait. I felt discriminated neatless to say i waited 1hr to get seen worst service ever.
