There's one teller midday Saturday.

Lines build up here steadily after lunch.

Even getting a simple money order can take 30+ minutes, because of the insufficient staffing, or people incorrectly filling out forms, forgetting documentation, etc.

The 20 minute parking spots in front clearly do not reflect the average time spent here.
