Came in to open a new checking account. I have a grandfather plan that was pretty good. Rep tried to upsell me a new plan. I told him I wasn’t interested and he changed my account anyway. Highly scammy location. As a result, I’m changing my account to credit union.

Felicia was so helpful and so nice. I had to cash out a lot of savings bonds and I knew it was gonna be a long process, and she was so patient and was ready to take on the lengthy process. I just want to thank her for taking the time to help me out.
