Just been there to close acct that has a balance of 15K, excuses like since it is a big amount system is on off accdg to the manager. Since their the one who want to close the account and flip flopper and their words, Ms kim says free checking and then no we charge checks that never received, Never ever
Trust Chase bank. 15K is a big amount for them?????

My wife she is diabetic, she going to this Place to doing some transactions, she ask to the manager if she can use the bathroom,, can't believe what she said , ONLY FOR EMPLOYEES.. we been customers for years,, and this is the only CHASE, don't let her used the bathroom... Thinking change to another Bank.. know how take care The Customers...

I come here pretty much twice a week for deposit and never had any issues. They are all friendly and get things done efficiently
