If I could give this Chase a zero I would this has got to be the worst customer service branch that there is I can't believe that i was racially profiled and it wasn't even by white people but Hispanics

I needed to fax a document to another Chase entity. They were courteous, prompt, and very helpful. Their customer service was very good on this date. If I were looking for a new bank, I would consider this location.
