I requested a new card last month here, and didn’t receive it, when I checked with another staff today, she told me the card was not sent out. I think stuff should be more patient, careful, and competent. The stuff who is patient really helps me a lot, although I experienced the inconvenience.

I used this bank for a yeah and switched to Wells Fargo and I'm way happier. Just remembering how bad this place is. There's about ten people in line and almost ten people working in the main room but only one register is open. I just walked into Wells Fargo got a money order and walked out. And I always have to stand and wait at chase.
