As someone who has deep trauma associated with dental work from my childhood and plenty of shame surrounding the current status of my teeth, I was extremely anxious when it came to finally biting the bullet and finding a new dentist. Luckily for me, I found Dr. Laura Chase and her staff who quickly reassured me that I had come to the right place.
This practice has some of the kindest, most accommodating employees I've ever come across and they are so quick to make you feel comfortable. I love that they go out of their way to make sure you are feeling ok; multiple check-ins from staff throughout both my appointments made me feel very cared for. They explained everything they were going to do and definitely took my fears, apprehension, and past trauma into consideration when speaking with me and working on me. They also normalized my experience and used language that was kind and free of shame or judgment.
They are very transparent about what your costs will be and make sure to let you know up front so you can make an informed decision about what you are able to afford, and I'm told they are willing to work with you if you don't have insurance or have financial difficulties, which is incredible.
I give this practice two very enthusiastic thumbs up and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I'm excited to continue building a relationship with Dr. Laura and her staff in the future!
Awesome Very Warm and Welcoming staff ! They work with your likes and fears of going to the Dentist ! It's truly hard to find a Good Dentist who will take care of your Dental issues ! When I went the 1st time to Dr.Chases Dental Office I was very impressed ! The Staff was very pleasant and very gental I was a bit nervous with previous Dentist visit at other Dental Offices ! I went with a open mind and when I left I was Very HAPPY ! Knowing I can call or make a Appointment any time makes it a lot more relaxing to know they care and want you to be happy with your mouth. Which I am ! I would recommend anyone who has had a bad Experience with other Dentist, Dr.Chase will take Very Good Care of You, she's a very Honest Doctor and cares about her patients !
