Quoted one price over the phone then charged another once I got there. When I questioned the young man he told me it was because of the breed. I explained to him that he or rather his mother could have asked me over the phone what breed of dog I had and was going to bring in for the nail trim but she did not so I should expect what I was quoted. They were discussing it back and forth in their native tongue in front of me which I thought was rather rude. It was something minimal but even the smallest of things mean the biggest. I'm just glad I didn't actually have my dog groomed and purchased a larger package and had other things done that day. Because of the way that it was handled and not because of the price I won't be going back.

The only place I take my dog. They are so nice, and you don't need an appointment 2 weeks in advance.

Great service and so reasonably priced. This woman worked in a pet hospital for years. She is excellent. Great nail clipping and anal gland expressing. The grooming looks great also. Highly recommended!
