On the outside, it's all great... the meals, the facility, the entertainment but what you don't see isn't good. I recommend you don't let your loved ones live there if they have any degree of immobility. My father was there (with my Mom), was in a wheelchair and more than one time fell and waited way to long for someone to respond to the room - one time he said he waited nearly 2 hours. Also, their payment system (the point system) is shady. They would never disclose the $ value associated with a "point" or even how they calculated "point values" for services - even though we asked for this information multiple times. We eventually moved them into an adult family home where he and my mom both received A1 care. Unfortunately he has since passed but I felt obligated to warn people not to live there if they have any physical or mental health needs.

91 year old mom has been here a year. Staff very courteous, professional and personable. Always good at answering questions from family members. Biggest adjustment for mom is the small room. We all feel she is in a safe place.
