What a horrible company trying to take money before the due date then have me wait on hold for 20 mins to speak to a manager. What horrible customer service since when is a company allowed to take money before it is owed be very careful of these people i do not trust them with my credit card information any longer. Time to find a trustworthy company that can at the very least respect the terms set out in our contract.
