These gloves cost $425. I used these gloves approximately 60 times, less than three months total use. They stopped working in January 2021. I sent them back expecting a simple repair. The gloves sat at the shop until April 2021 when Chaval told me they were "not repairable". I am not sure what went wrong, But they offered me $90 off on a new pair. Outdoor research sells an electric glove that has a lifetime warranty for the same price. I regret that I purchased the chaval's; I feel ripped off.
UPDATE: Chaval contacted me and offered to apply the one year warranty to the gloves, despite the fact that the issue arose after I had them in my possession for more than a year, very unexpected and much appreciated. I'll update this review next year in 2022.
Re-Satisfied customer. As an aside: I really LOVE these gloves when they are working.
