Dr.Z is amazing, and so is Marjorie, the rest of the staff lacks professionalism, they are unreliable, and two times now have scheduled me for an appointment and then when I arrived told me there was no one to see me and to come back in two days. not to mention the rude front desk staff that fails to greet you or make you feel welcomed in ANY way, and the medical assistant who sat me in a dirty room, with dirty tissues on the seat, the last time I was actually able to be seen. I will be changing primary care physicians after about 5 years or so if seeing dr.Z, despite her bring amazing, kind, caring and compassionate, I will not go to a medical facility that allows their staff to act in this manner. 2 stars for dr.z and Marjorie only. Highly disappointed.

Called during office hours to establish care and was hung up on 3 times while waiting on hold, was not able to speak to anyone.

I like one of the doctors here. She is friendly, insightful, and is very accommodating to her patients with special circumstances. The clinic, however, doesn't have enough doctors for all of their patients. This means long periods of time between appointments. (When I asked about double booking, hoping to be seen sooner, I was told the doctor was already completely doubled.) Some of the administrative staff appear to need vacations (grumpy, impatient, making errors in documentation). I'd give fewer stars, but I really like the doctor and I am biased 😀 . All other things considered, I see other doctors to lighten her workload. When things go smoother there, I will move back. Right now, I can't wait four months to be seen for my conditions.
