We were in Chilliwack for my son’s hockey tournament, and he started complaining about his skate fitting. I suspected he was growing out of his 2yr old pair.
We came to this store, expecting to get new larger skates, but their staff David suggested we try heat molding first, which was free, after confirming that the size wasn’t the issue. Unfortunately the old skates were still too small, so David diligently helped my son try 4 different new skates for the next 30 minutes. Fortunately we found a pair that fit really well, that’s within our budget.
Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and our experience at this store became an unexpected highlight of our trip to Chilliwack. If you are in need of hockey equipment, make sure to check out this store!
